With extensive experience in Japan and the US, Shantonu has successfully led technology and manufacturing initiatives in complex environments. These include innovative projects incorporating advanced materials such as carbon nanotubes, high-tech manufacturing, and optimizing global technology operations, achieving significant cost savings and reliability improvements through data-driven solutions.
